Vlahovic Urges Juventus Players to Take Responsibility After Tudor’s Exit.

Dusan Vlahovic called on Juventus players to accept blame for Igor Tudor’s sacking after an eight-match winless run. The Serbian striker, who scored his fifth goal of the season in a 3-1 win over Udinese, admitted the team must look in the mirror and perform consistently under interim coach Massimo Brambilla.

For the Juventus camp, Igor Tudor’s dismissal has served as a wake-up call, with striker Dusan Vlahovic urging his teammates to take responsibility for the club’s poor form. Tudor was sacked earlier in the week following an eight-match winless run across all competitions, ending his brief stint that began in March after replacing Thiago Motta. Under interim coach Massimo Brambilla, Juventus finally broke the slump with a 3-1 Serie A win over Udinese, where Vlahovic opened the scoring from the penalty spot in the fifth minute.

Speaking after the match, Vlahovic admitted that the players share the blame for the instability, noting that Juventus have changed three coaches in just one and a half years. He emphasized the need for consistent performances rather than empty talk, expressing gratitude to Tudor for his efforts.

The Serbian striker, who has scored five goals in 12 appearances this season, remains Juve’s top scorer but faces uncertainty over his future, as his contract expires at the end of the campaign. While acknowledging transfer speculation, Vlahovic insisted his focus remains on improving performances and helping the team return to form. Juventus are now expected to appoint Luciano Spalletti as their new head coach.
