As the 2025-26 season approaches, Harry Kane is reportedly eyeing a return to the Premier League after a two-year stint with Bayern Munich. According to El Nacional, the English striker has already chosen his preferred destination in England, though the club remains unnamed. Kane joined Bayern in 2023 from Tottenham Hotspur and finally ended his long wait for silverware by winning the Bundesliga title in the 2024-25 campaign, his first major trophy.
Before moving to Germany, Kane built a legendary career at Tottenham, where he scored 213 Premier League goals, making him the second-highest scorer in the competition’s history behind Alan Shearer (260 goals). His consistent scoring and leadership at Spurs cemented his reputation as one of England’s finest forwards. Now, with ambitions to return home, Kane is reportedly looking for a fresh challenge back in the English top flight.
His decision comes as Bayern undergoes changes under new manager Vincent Kompany. While his time in Germany has added silverware to his resume, Kane’s desire to add to his Premier League legacy remains strong. A return to England would offer him a chance to chase Shearer’s record and possibly secure more domestic titles before the twilight of his career.
