JSW Sports’ Haryana Steelers have named ergonomic brand Frido as their Official Comfort Partner for Pro Kabaddi League 2025 starting August 29. The collaboration introduces orthotic gear like kneecap supports and posture correctors to aid injury prevention, stability, and recovery. Both sides stress its importance in enhancing performance, joint care, and athlete longevity.

As the Pro Kabaddi League 2025 approaches, JSW Sports’ Haryana Steelers have announced a strategic partnership with Frido, India’s D2C ergonomic brand, as their Official Comfort Partner. The association highlights the growing role of sports science in enhancing performance and recovery in high-intensity competitions. Defending champions Haryana Steelers will integrate Frido’s orthotic products such as kneecap supports, posture correctors, and wrist braces into their training and recovery routines.

These products are designed to provide stability, protect joints, reduce injury risks, and improve endurance, giving players the confidence to perform at their peak. Kabaddi’s physically demanding nature places immense strain on players’ knees due to constant sprints, sharp turns, and explosive movements.

Ganesh Sonawane, Co-founder and CEO of Frido, emphasized the importance of preventive healthcare and protecting joints to ensure career longevity. Similarly, Karan Yadav, Chief Commercial Officer of JSW Sports, highlighted that this is the first time the Steelers have added the kneecap category to their sponsorship portfolio, underlining the value of innovation-driven partnerships in player welfare.
