The tournament begins on August 29, 2025, with the first leg hosted in Vizag after a six-year gap. UP Yoddhas, one of the top performers in Season 11, have retained most of their squad and chosen to stick with the leadership that brought them success last season.

Sumit Sangwan, a left-corner defender, has been a consistent performer for the franchise, amassing over 300 tackle points in 112 matches, including 24 High 5s. His defensive pairing with Ashu Singh, who plays at right cover, has been instrumental in the team’s success. The squad features a strong mix of raiders such as Bhavani Rajput, Surender Gill, Guman Singh, and Dong Geon Lee, alongside notable defenders like Mohammadreza Kaboudrahangi and Mahender Singh. UP Yoddhas will open their campaign on August 30 against Telugu Titans and play their final league game on October 23 against U Mumba.
