Marc Cucurella's stunning 25-yard strike sealed the victory, while Cole Palmer missed his first career penalty. Meanwhile, Arsenal title hopes suffered another setback after a 1-1 draw against Manchester United, leaving them 15 points behind leaders Liverpool. Tottenham also fought back to secure a 2-2 draw against Bournemouth, as the Premier League top-four race intensifies.

For the first time this season, Chelsea climbed into the Premier League's top four with a crucial 1-0 victory over Leicester. Marc Cucurella’s stunning 25-yard strike in the second half secured the win, pushing Chelsea two points ahead of Manchester City in the race for Champions League qualification. However, Cole Palmer missed a first-half penalty, marking his first failed attempt from the spot in his career.

Meanwhile, Arsenal’s title hopes took another hit as they drew 1-1 against Manchester United at Old Trafford. Bruno Fernandes opened the scoring for United with a brilliant free kick in stoppage time of the first half, but Declan Rice equalized in the 74th minute. Despite dominating possession, Arsenal failed to secure a win and now trail league leaders Liverpool by 15 points. With just nine games left, Liverpool needs a maximum of 16 more points to claim their record-tying 20th English title.

Elsewhere, Tottenham came from 2-0 down to draw 2-2 with Bournemouth, with Son Heung-min scoring a late penalty to end his 10-game goal drought. Leicester’s struggles continued with their fifth consecutive defeat, leaving them six points from safety.
