The IPL Captains are having a tough time this season when it comes to maintaining the over rate. This has eventually resulted in several skippers being fined heavily for the same, as it all started with the PBKS skipper, Shreyas Iyer. Now, another name has been added to this list, and it is Ajinkya Rahane.

He has been fined 12 lakh rupees for maintaining a slow over rate in the game against Chennai Super Kings. KKR suffered its fifth loss of the season, and now the skipper has been handed over a fine of 12 lakh rupees. As of now, KKR remains the only team which has not managed to win even a single game in this tournament.

In the last match against Chennai Super Kings, the team faced challenges with its top order. Players like Finn Allen, Cameron Green, Rinku Singh, and more, were unable to do well, as KKR fell long way short of the target.

Here's how Twitter has reacted to Ajinkya Rahane receiving a fine worth 12 lakh rupees.

Losing Money

One of the most consistent things KKR has done in this season is lose money. Maybe by saying this, the Twitter user has targeted the wrong buys made by them in the auction.

Bad Times

Looking at Rahane receiving a massive fine and his team being unable to win, it can be noted that he is having a tough time lately.

Taking Their Time

Even the fans noticed that the KKR bowlers are taking a lot of time to bowl a delivery. A Twitter user targeted the same, as he said that the bowlers must be waiting for the 2027 season to start.
