Bangladesh Women and England Women will lock horns in the eighth game of the ongoing Women’s World Cup 2025, at the Barsapara Stadium in Guwahati on October 7, 2025. Both teams are coming off wins in their previous games, so they will aim to continue their winning streak with a win in this game.

Bangladesh Women have enjoyed a decent run of form in their last five ODIs, with three wins and only two defeats. Recently, they have been coming off a big seven-wicket win against Pakistan Women in their campaign opener in the ongoing Women’s World Cup 2025. They dominated Pakistan Women completely by bundling them out at 129 in the first innings, before chasing the target comfortably in 31.1 overs, scoring 131/3. Now, they will aim to continue their winning run in the tournament with a success against England Women.

On the other hand, England Women have also secured three wins in their last five Women’s ODIs, including their most recent win against South Africa by a massive margin of 10 wickets in their first game of the tournament’s current edition. Before that, they lost to India Women by 13 runs in the last game of the three-match ODI series in July. So, England will also be eyeing their second successive win in the Women’s WC 2025.
