The ongoing series has been England vs the 3rd Umpire as much as it has been England vs India, and on Day 1 of the third Test, yet another TV Umpire decision left the tourists infuriated. After umpire Shamshuddin ruled Gill not out, Stokes lost his cool and let his frustration out rather uniquely.
